Missionaries from Ghana were the first to arrive!
Elder Ewusi's family brought him to the MTC from Kasoa. It was wonderful to meet them!
One last good-bye.
We are trying out a new approach to making intake day go much more smoother. When missionaries arrive they all go into the chapel. First they meet with Sister Tibbitts. She asks the elders about their overall health, and she records any immunizations they have had before coming to the MTC.
Elder Tibbitts takes all measurements for the temple, and his favorite thing is to record information into the computer. We are so blessed to have Elder and sister Tibbitts serving with us.
The teachers help with passport copies, missionary supplies.
Missionaries wait patiently for their turn.
Some have travelled for days to get here. We love those smiles.
We love our sister missionaries!
Missionaries email home to let their parents know they have arrived safe.
Once they are finished in the chapel, they wait for their turn to meet with Presient Brubaker.
Well prepared missionaries!
President Brubaker spends about 10 minutes with each elder. they get to know each other as they wait for their turn. 75 missionaries are happy when it is finally their turn to meet President Brubaker!
