One of the precious blessings of the change that took place in April is that the missionaries are able to come two times to the temple during their 3-week stay. Today we were able to do many famiy names.
It was a joy and honor to be in the sealing room with Elder Itwana as his parents were sealed by proxy and he was sealed to his parents.
Several days before coming to the temple, I was helping Elder Onyebuchukwu on Family Search. He told me that before he left on his mission, his family was able to go to the temple in Nigeria and do all the work for his grandparents. But they ran out of time to do the proxy sealings. He was able to complete the work today. It was a joyous moment for him! Elder Ononi prepared to have his mother's work done today. It is a sweet and tender experience to do Family History with the missionaries during the week, and then come to the temple and complete the work!
