We went through another Intake process this past week and we are excited to have so many wonderful new missionaries.
The Abinadi District who are learning French will be with us an extra 3 weeks and we are very happy about that. We had a little 3 week celebration.
The Haglands, wonderful senior missionaries, bring a couple of missionaries to the MTC from the area where they are assigned in Ghana
The Intake process begins again with filling out forms, reviewing documents and checking immunizations
Elder and Sister Hill from Bountiful Utah are our invaluable office couple as they oversee the process.
Elders Swearingen and Carlock have been traveling for many hours to get here from the United States.
Missionaries fill out some forms and set up their Email accounts
Elders McKay, Blum and Turner prepare to stay another 3 weeks and continue on as Zone Leaders
Kenya, Mozambique, Kenya and Kenya
Many of the Missionaries come long circuitous routes to the MTC some requiring 1 or 2 nights in airports, hotels or on airplanes as they move to the next leg of the trip.
Being sleepy is understandable
This group comes from 14 different countries
Rehydration after long flights is important to the health of the missionaries
Then the wait begins as President interviews each missionary
