The Largest Group of Missionaries Arrives on June 23, 2016

Another group of missionaries came 'floating' on Thursday. They come from Côte d'Ivoire, DR Congo, Congo (Brazzaville), Ghana, Liberia, Madagascar, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, Tahiti, Togo, United States.

Fish Traps being taken to a New Area on the Volta River, Ghana
Is this a 'fishy' transfer?

The first day and a half are filled with checking in, Immunizations for some who still need them and the interview with the President where they receive their missionary tags.

Missionaries come from 13 countrries!

They meet their companions for the first time.

We want all missionaries to be as healthy as they can on their missions.  They are not terribly happy about receiving immunizations.  They are good sports!

Elder Tibbitts comforts them and tries to put them at ease.

They are relieved and happy to have this part of their experience over......for the time being!
